Aoife: Hey! My name is Aoife and I’m a third year International Business with Spanish student at Strathclyde University in Glasgow. I am currently a Coffee Master in Starbucks and this role has allowed me to become an expert on all things coffee and tea, particularly on production and craft, and the impact that these can have on beverage quality. Learning about these has sparked my passion for matcha specifically, which is why I decided to start this blog. I am always looking for new local matcha spots but I feel as though I am never able to find any, so I wanted to create one place that has information on all the best spots for matcha in Glasgow and review the quality of each one I try.
